Chief Operating Officer
The Chief Operating officer must be:

• Able to enjoy working in the details and juggling multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
The Chief Operating Officer at Forensic Fluids Laboratories will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and Finance departments.
He or she will be responsible for the development and maintenance of effective and efficient systems and processes throughout the company. This newly created position is critical for the continued success and growth of Forensic Fluids Laboratories.
Forensic Fluids Laboratories is a leader in saliva (oral fluid) drug testing. It offers the fastest, most accurate and most tamper-proof drug test currently available. It delivers 5-star customer service; the only company in our industry to do so.
Forensic Fluids Laboratories is currently experiencing rapid growth and expansion. It is located in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
The COO at Forensic Fluids Laboratories will:
• Create an overall leadership structure that will support expansion of the company.
• Create company/department/team goals that drive and support expansion of the company.
• Create and implement the initial marketing plan that will drive expansion of the company.
• Implement the initial operations systems and processes that will drive expansion of the company.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
• Strong medical marketing experience
• Strong sales experience
• Leadership experience in a fast growing company
• Ability to work effectively and maintain a collaborative culture
