Job Description

• Lead and Align the Work of the Sales and Business Development Team to the Organizational Goals and Objectives

• Strengthen the Team's Ability to Provide Value to Key Accounts.

• Identification of Major Market Trends and Competitive Activity.

• Implement the Marketing Strategies in the Region Based on Input from the Business Units.

• Identify/Pilot/Progress High Potential Revenue Creation Opportunities.

• Work with the Business Units to Create Annual Objectives for All Direct Reports.

• Identify and Provide Appropriate Coaching and Development to Direct Reports and Pfizer CentreSource Colleagues.

• Represent the Pfizer CentreSource Organization on Cross-Business and Organizational Teams Desired Skills and Experience.

• At least 10 years experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.

 Education

• BS degree in science related field, preferably Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.

• MBA strongly suggested.

• Business-to-Business Sales/Marketing experience with Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Drug Products strongly suggested.

• Broad network within Pfizer Global Supply organization and in the Business-to-Business Pharmaceutical Market.

Prior management experience required

• Strong business acumen (business and technical experience/judgment); ability to ask the right questions and quickly diagnose project potential and or status; develop mitigation plans when needed.

• Proven ability to coordinate activities and manage sales with large multinational strategic accounts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

• Broad Pfizer Global Supply network of contacts.

• Works well across an organization and in a matrix environment.

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.

• Ability to travel about 50 percent of the time.

• Spanish language skills preferred.
