Responsibilities
In your role as Director, Change Management at Kellogg, you will be part of the company's success by:
• Working as part of a team to consult with the business leaders and HR community on the design of change strategies for diverse organizational change triggers.
• Serving as the "technical expert" on change management, including: change strategy design and execution, stakeholder engagement, communication and training, project management, business process design, change readiness, and change measurement.
• Contributing to the development and testing of delivery tools and resources, thought leadership, and client offerings.
• Developing partnerships with functional leads within HR and Communications to ensure change initiatives are successfully implemented and managed at all levels.
• Anticipating and identifying potential sponsors of and barriers to change; developing counter strategies to reduce resistance and mitigating areas of doubt and uncertainty surrounding the change.
• Establishing parameters to measure early adoption, effective utilization and proficiency of new change initiatives for individual employees as well as key groups and departments.
• Leading calls and meetings to review project status and monitoring general updates across multiple business areas.
Qualifications and Requirements

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Behavioral Psychology, or I/O Psychology from an accredited college or university.
• Must have substantial organizational change management experience in a large enterprise environment or as a consultant working with large enterprise clients.
• Professional understanding of change management principles and methodologies. Depth of understanding and practical application of Change Management methods and strategy, including a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the overall change process.
• Experience working directly with C-Suite team members in a global fortune 500 organization.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a team through change.
• Experience using methods and tools that are industry best practices.
• Demonstrated business acumen derived from experience as an HR or OD practitioner.
• Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Ability to effectively present and facilitate to/with a diverse audience with confidence and poise.
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong decision making skills and ability to use professional judgment.
• Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project management skills.
Preferred:
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• MBA or Master’s degree.
• HR experience.
Further Information
• This position requires approximately 30 to 50 percent travel.
• This position can be either a Full-time role or one based on a contractual agreement.
