The Position
Yarrow Golf and Conference Resort is looking for a qualified candidate for Food and Beverage Manager. The ideal candidate would be a highly organized and experienced food and beverage professional with a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Position Functions
• Manage all aspects of front of the house Food & Beverage operations.
• Establish and maintain effective orientation and training for new and existing staff.
• Monitor on-going operations to assure the highest possible standards of guest service and product quality are maintained.
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures for revenue, payroll, and cost control are in place and consistently utilized.
• Help develop operating budget: monitor and take corrective action as necessary to assure that budget goals are achieved.
Desired Skills and Experience
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in Food and Beverage management.
• Previous management experience.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Outgoing, dynamic personality with outstanding communication skills.
