Afia Inc. is an IT services firm with a relentless focus on healthcare. I work with clients to turn ideas into real-world healthcare IT tools. I am responsible for the entire life cycle of a project including gathering requirements, working on the design, and performing training to ensure adoption of system changes. I work with primary health care, community mental health, and other health providers to find ways to improve patient care. Our projects range from designing electronic records, to data warehousing, to IT assessments with road maps for improvement. Afia's mission is to partner with healthcare providers to implement tools, techniques, and strategies that will dramatically improve patient outcomes
