PWB is an integrated marketing communications agency in Ann Arbor. I work with organizations like Ann Arbor SPARK, Center for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Lake Trust Credit Union, Siemens, and others to devise and deploy interactive communication programs. We use a combination of social media, search engine marketing, rich media, interactive websites, and other digital tools and technologies to help our clients get more customers and keep the ones they have.

I am responsible for growing and sustaining General Business and Enterprise Work Flow Management solutions.

I'm the customer support specialist for a company called orbit-tech. we are a sprint preferred retailer and own retail stores in southeast Michigan and northeast Ohio. My job duties include, sales support for our outside sales representatives, inventory management for the prepaid cellular services we offer in our retail stores and general customer support.

As an account executive at a small Communications firm, I get to be involved in a lot of aspects of the business.  We work with clients in automotive, education, publishing, non-profit and other industries so I enjoy interacting with a variety of clients.  My primary roles are client relationship development and management and project management.  We specialize in brand strategy and video so my responsibilities can also sometimes include video directing and producing and even hand or vehicle driver modeling. And because we are a small firm, I have the opportunity to be involved in some of the creative decision-making too.

I'm on a team of five people that works with bloggers and online media all over the country to tell them about new products, programs and web sites on behalf of my clients. We help bloggers put together product reviews and giveaways, as well as general news stories, to share with their readers. My job gives me opportunities to work with companies in Michigan and throughout the US and Canada. And I have lots of fun, too. My office is cutting edge, and it's full of talented, young professionals who bring creative ideas every day. It helps that most of us have similar taste in music, too.

I cover real estate, development, retail and general business news.  I also shoot and edit video, post on our blogs and have helped advance the newspaper's social media outreach.
