I started NicheJobs.com and network of job advertising sites. The concept is very similar, we provide a platform for employers to advertise and jobseekers to find jobs. The network includes as many as 300 functionally focussed niche job boards and almost 400 geo focussed sites covering many cities in the world. As a trained engineer who worked in large corporations, I understand how talent is truly global and employers are always looking for the right person. We also focus to provide jobseekers the best possible information for their niche. Recently, have created several groups on Linkedin to help jobseekers network with recruiters in the their functional area. Paylocity is the new generation of Payroll and Human Resources Management. We operate on the Software As A Service (SAAS) model. My responsibilities include deepening awareness of our service competing directly with Paychex and ADP on Customer Service, Product Superiority and Cost Savings. I work with Business Owners and like Service Professionals to provide a single source for all Payroll, Tax and Human Resource Management. Instead of having multiple reports and databases, we consolidate all information into one database, enabling the business owner to have direct access to their employee history.
