I recently graduated with a Ph.D. in Molecular Spectroscopy and currently pursuing my postdoctoral research in field of biomedical spectroscopy. Our research group has quite diverse set of researchers and graduate students, with emphasis on bone research and tissue engineering. My research projects focus is on analysis of biological tissues utilizing Raman Spectroscopy and Tissue Engineering of oral mucosa. The objective of these investigations is to develop non-invasive or minimal invasive techniques for identification of healthy versus non-healthy tissues.
