I create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. I Identify the resources needed and assign individual responsibilities. I also manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope as well as review deliverables prepared by the team before passing to the client. In addition, I effectively apply our methodology and enforce the project standards. Lastly, I integrate content and train clients to use the content management systems.
