Schramm's Superior Properties planning on nearly doubling rental units with new expansion

The rental scene in Marquette is expanding, and a big push is coming from Schramm's Superior Properties, which has been renting out units in the area since 2002. 

 

The company, which is based in Marquette, has started an expansion project that is going to nearly double their current offerings. Schramm's Superior Properties expects the expansion, which will require an investment of $4.2 million just for one of the expansions, to increase their rental units from 85 to more than 150. 

 

The company currently operates Ridgeview Apartments and Northwood Apartments and most recently added Southwood Apartments, which is located off S. McClellan Ave. between Pioneer and Division streets. These brand-new construction units have carports, private balconies, in-floor heat, headed sidewalks, elevators and air conditioning.
