I facilitate the deployment of Lean Manufacturing principles to 17 driveline assembly/manufacturing plants in the North American region. I also educate and coach senior leadership and UAW/USW members on the tools and techniques of Lean Manufacturing and the elimination of waste within the manufacturing process, through structured training and Kaizen events.
