I love the spontaneity of my job, no matter how planned out my day is, it’s never going to go exactly the way I thought. I am responsible for soliciting new catering accounts, entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to meet and/or exceed food and beverage revenue goals and I oversee all my client functions to ensure customer satisfaction. I truly love what I do and am very fortunate to be in a beautiful historic hotel and work with an amazing team of people!

I help to negotiate rates for companies and travelers staying at the Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest. I work with local and national Travel Managers, as well as administrative professionals and regular guests. I develop professional and personal relationships with my clients. I also recently earned the responsibility of booking our government groups and meetings, such as military retreats or federal government meetings.
I am very involved in organizations pertaining to my job, including Michigan Business Travel Association, International Association of Administrative Professionals, Society of Government Meeting Planners, Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti Chambers, Washtenaw Economic Club, etc!

I own Five Star Valet which valets for special events(weddings, parties etc.) and venues such as hotels, bars, restaurants etc. I also market for a home care company, Cura Home Healthcare (www.cura-health.com). My responsibilities are as follows: Develop new referrals sources, Physicians, Lawyers, Case managers, Discharge planners etc.   Maintain constant contact with referrals sources; Manage patients brought in; Maintain and abide by the marketing budget.
