Human Resources: Jobs Landed

I am the owner and CEO of Corporate Ideanity, an HR consulting company assisting small to mid-sized businesses and non-profit organizations with using proven HR strategies to achieve higher growth and profit. With over 15 years of combined HR experience in organizational design, staffing, training and performance management, I have developed and implemented HR solutions for a number of well known Fortune-500 corporations. As a consultant for a major staffing company, I was responsible for developing programs that would improve operational efficiencies and performance saving my clients hundreds of thousands of dollars. These programs were based on simple yet effective HR strategies such as training, performance management, recruiting and selection practices as well as policy development and federal regulatory compliance. As an advocate for Human Resources, I realize the importance of effective HR strategies and the long-term savings that are realized when HR strategies are employed. As an entrepreneur, I have used these same strategies to help small businesses achieve great success and compete in a much larger marketplace. My strategies are often as simple as placing the right the people in the right jobs at the right times to as complex as re-engineering an entire business process. The ultimate goal is to effectively deploy HR solutions that will in turn save organizations both time and money.

I have been described by my peers and clients as reliable, efficient and innovative. I am very thorough in my solutions considering all possibilities and problems. My ability to think outside the box gives my clients a unique competitive edge. I am very passionate about my clients’ success and works very hard to deliver a solution that is customized and affordable.

In addition to my passion for HR, I love to design homes. I also own and operate an interior design firm (Deansign Company) in my spare time. Like my vision for Corporate Ideanity, designing homes allows me to take an owners vision and design ways to bring that vision to realization. Like my HR solutions, my designs are creative and innovative. When I am not developing HR solutions or designing homes, I also enjoy writing, reading and spending time with family and friends.

I am responsible for helping job seekers create documents that will get them noticed by recruiters and hiring managers. I assist job seekers in honing interviewing skills and etiquette that may help them land a job.

I am the new Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Malace & Associates headquarters in Troy, MI. This position requires that I am responsible for expanding company clientele and promotional growth across the country by means of marketing research, networking, target market data collection and analysis, and public relations. Malace International is rapidly expanding across the nation and being a part of the experience is a true honor. I am personally striving to continue building Malace & Associates and Malace International into a well known name in the HR Management Industry while making a home with a company that has shown me the true meaning of profitable expansion and growth by determination.
