I am responsible for sourcing and delivering ready candidates to Account Managers throughout the central region for contract and direct placements. I source candidates via CDI's recruiting database, referrals, job postings, and migrations. I interact with candidates on all issues including benefits, salary, availability, relocation and offer of employment. Once hired perform new hire sign up orientation with employee. I mentor and develop junior recruiters to assist them in achieving their objectives. Assist recruiters in the recruiting processes including resume formatting, reference checks, interviewing and employee maintenance. Lastly, I align with Sales team and act as “go to person” for various clients in the absence of Account Managers and interact with clients/hiring managers for submittal feedback, interview scheduling and follow-up.
