
I am responsible for product insights on General Motor's marketing efforts. This includes: CRM, direct mail, digital, events, vehicle specification sheets, claim substantiation and much more. Essentially, I’m responsible for any automotive content, used in the above mediums, from copy to images, and the legal implications of anything with consumer exposure. The net impression to the consumer is key and making certain our message and content is in line with what the client desires and what we can legally substantiate. This position requires quite a bit of organization, in addition to the ability to quickly prioritize projects in accordance with their ever changing deadlines.
