In my role I am responsible for tracking the development of jobs through the routing progress and approvals, generate insertion orders for publications, and communicate effectively between colleagues and vendors to ensure timely and accurate distribution of materials. I currently support and assist the Ford Customer Service Division which includes Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center, Genuine Parts and Service, Extended Service Plan, Owner Advantage Rewards and I am also responsible for any digital maintenance or mini projects for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury as well as Pro-Bono projects.
