MTS Driver Recruiters is the industry leader in outsourced driver recruitment solutions for private and commercial truck fleets nationwide. We work with many well-known private carriers such as Frito, Kraft, Sysco, Ryder and Kmart.
My main responsibility is to continually build and maintain the company’s national marketing presence. I achieve this by consistently enhancing our Internet and Direct marketing campaigns with a large emphasis on Social Media Marketing. I also perform sourcing functions to ensure the growth of our national proprietary database that currently contains over 330,000 candidates.
The favorite part of my position is the ability to “think outside the box”. I feel lucky to be in a team-oriented environment that offers encouragement for both personal and career growth. On top of loving what I do, my co-workers are intelligent and dedicated professionals who make me enjoy coming into work each day!
