As the Employee Programs Specialist, I work with a team within the HR group to provide all of the "fun" and perks to employees. We host events all year, such as: live band concerts in the summer, boccee ball tournaments and March Madness parties. I also coordinate charitable opportunities with Red Cross blood drives, the United Way and sending kids to camp during the summer. In addition, I handle programs such as our graduate tuition assistance for graduate students.
