I collaborate with the managers and directors in all of our departments to strategically hire the best possible candidates for our rapidly growing company. NAB is one of the fastest growing merchant service providers in the nation and we are adding staff in every one of our departments in 2009. Working for such an entrepreneurial organization, I enjoy the variety my position allows. Today, I may need to recruit a class of Customer Service Representatives and tomorrow, I may get to design and implement a new wellness plan for our employees. There is always variety in the positions I am recruiting for and diversity in the types of projects I am assigned.
