The effort nonprofits put into their Web sites could pay off in donations, volunteers and word-of-mouth brand advertisement, according to a new study.
Visitors to nonprofit Web sites are more likely to give money and time and to recommend the nonprofit to others if they are satisfied with their online experience.
An inaugural study conducted by Ann Arbor-based ForeSee Results gauged the satisfaction of more than 2,000 survey respondents who visited nonprofit Web sites.
