ForeSee Results grows over 25%; adds 80 new jobs

ForeSee Results expanded its product offerings last year and has subsequently watched its business explode.
The 10-year-old firm started out providing online surveys for websites, allowing companies to measure customer satisfaction. It used the American Customer Satisfaction Index, developed at the University of Michigan, to measure the results. Last year it expanded its capabilities to measure customer satisfaction in social media, mobile platforms, call centers, and in brick-and-mortar stores.
"That provides a great area of growth for us," says Larry Freed, CEO of
ForeSee Results
. "Our strategy is to help companies measure all of their interaction with their customers."
ForeSee Results' revenue grew 64 percent over the last two years, giving it nine consecutive years of growth exceeding 25 percent. The company hired 80 people last year, expanding its workforce to 210 employees and a couple of interns, including 170 people at its Ann Arbor headquarters.
The core of the business remains its online surveys (about 90 percent) but Freed sees other services continuing to grow. More hires are also expected in 2011, mostly in Ann Arbor. This could make ForeSee Results an acquisition target, but Freed has no plans to cash out.
"We obviously would listen but we don't have a for sale sign up," Freed says.
