Kalamazoo promotes more bike racks

Kalamazoo’s new master plan promotes an increased use of non-motorized transportation like bikes. So city planners want new developments to be ready with on-site bicycle parking, the Kalamazoo Gazette reports.

City planners said a draft of the plan that would mandate bike parking provided to the Kalamazoo Area Chamber of Commerce drew no comment from business leaders.
