Need a little pick-me-up and you're in the vicinity of Petoskey's Gaslight District? Well, head on over to the newly-opened
North Perk Coffee, which is located at 410 E. Lake Street.
The company, which is owned by John McNeil and Brittany Brubaker, offers up a variety of drinks and eats. The coffee served there is produced in Michigan, and some of their food items will come from Johan's Pastry Shop. Other Michigan-sourced products will be available there, too.
But what's the point of a coffee shop if there isn't a nice selection of eye-opening brewing happening? North Perk offers up espressos, lattes, mochas, cappuccinos and more. For non-coffee drinkers (how dare you?!?), you can always have a nice cup of tea or a smoothie to help quench your thirst.
You can also grab a variety of edible items, like Michigan-sourced oatmeal, some bagels and a selection of donuts.
