There's no doubt that bar culture is a huge part of life in Michigan, and one of the best is right in Saginaw, at least according to a recent list from Mlive.

At least that's what the bar's owner Mike Hanley said after finding out his 8-year-old business, located at 1418 State, made it in MLive's top 10 lists in the search for Michigan's Best Neighborhood Bar.
