Planning the future of our cities is the way we improve them, and planners in Bay City are taking suggestions, thanks to an urban planning grant.

The Michigan Association of Planning chose the city to receive a service grant valued between $75,000 and $100,000, funded by the C.S. Mott Foundation and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.
