Excerpt: Baseball great Cal Ripken Jr.'s Ripken Design has wrapped up a feasibility study exploring the possibility of building a youth sports complex in Saginaw, according to study sponsor Delores McKinney.
McKinney, whose Eminence Group LLC covered the cost of the study, said she expects the results to be released to the public in about two weeks.
