Point & Pay, a subsidiary of Troy's North American Bancard, recently won over some influential new clients in the Badger State.
The Wisconsin County Treasurers Association (WCTA) voted Point & Pay to be the organization's new provider of tax payment systems, beating out a strong field of competitors. All 72 Wisconsin counties are eligible to join the system, which means their residents will be able to use Point & Pay to pay county government taxes and fees online or over the phone, using major credit cards and e-checks.
Says Outagamie County Treasurer Dina M. Mumford, who chairs the WCTA’s
technology committee, "The WCTA strives to promote ideas for operating
efficiently and effectively as fiduciaries of our counties on behalf of
the citizens of the State of Wisconsin. We chose Point & Pay because
the company is best equipped to help us reach this goal, by providing
high-quality, flexible systems that streamline our tax collections and
accounting processes and improve our customer service."
