Identity Marketing & Public Relations bumps revenue 20 percent

Diversity is a wonderful word for Identity Marketing & Public Relations. The Bingham Farms-based firm grew by double digits in a number of different areas thanks largely to the diversity of its client base.

"We have clients in real estate, technology, financial, and the movie space," says Mark Winter, managing partner of Identity Marketing & Public Relations. "More than half of our clients are outside of Michigan."

The firm has also been able to grow that diverse list by 20 new clients in the last year. That allowed it to bump its revenue by 20 percent, and it is now looking to add two new employees in account management to its staff of 24 people.

The 13-year-old company has also diversified its service offerings. Three full-time employees handle social media and five others work on graphic design. "We serve as a continuation of our client's marketing department," Winter says. This allowed the company to go after bigger clients this year, instead of its normal bread-and-butter small business clients.
