Retail and service options continue to expand at the
GM Renaissance Center.In
January, a 7,100-square-foot CVS pharmacy — the second downtown — will
open on Level 2 of Tower 200. It will have one-hour photo service, a
full-service pharmacy and an upscale cosmetics section. "Our stores,
overall in Detroit, have been very successful," says CVS spokesman Mike
DeAngelis. "This is a market where we continue to look for more
opportunities, both in urban environments and suburban freestanding
stores."
Also, a printing company,
Allegra Print & Imaging, has opened up shop on Level 1 of Tower 400. The company also offers graphic design and mailing services.
