Berkley's first downtown manager works to diversify and improve district

Nathan Geinzer has been hired as Berkley's first downtown manager. He is tasked with improving the streetscape, attracting and retaining businesses and working as a liaison between the Downtown Development Authority, the city and business-owners.

Excerpt:

"Downtown Berkley has a great underlying potential that I do not think the market has fully realized yet. I think Berkley has been largely overlooked by developers because of its neighbors," he said by e-mail. "I think it is only a matter of time until more investors take notice."
