The developer behind the Pine Knob Corporate Centre is making plans for a 70,000-square-foot addition of office space to development adjacent to the DTE Energy Music Theater in Clarkston.
The office space will be class A and a tenant, which the developer is in negotiations with but declined to name, for it has been lined up. The addition would house a banquet and restaurant centers. Construction could begin as soon as this fall. Clarkston Sashabaw Holding LLC is behind the project.
It would be in addition to the nearly finished retail space at the corner of Clarkston and Sashabaw roads. That space includes a 20,000-square-foot Rite Aid pharmacy and another 20,000 square feet for a specialty food grocer.
