Troy-based iDashboards, founded in 2004, develops web-based applications that clients use to analyze and track data and monitor performance.
Far from the dashboards you have in your car, iDashboards "builds" computer dashboards --software applications that host task-specific mini-applications (known as widgets). The dashboards are tailored to the business, whether it is inventory concerns or customer relation feedback.
The company has added over 100 customers to its roster in the past year including St. John Health, Trinity Insurance and Navy Federal Credit Union. Ongoing clients include: NASA, Campbell-Ewald, Home Depot, Unisys and Cisco.
iDashboard was selected as one of 50 emerging tech vendors by CRN, which highlights companies that are developing innovative technologies that larger companies are not delivering.
The company reports that in the first half of 2007 it had 510% revenue growth over Q1 and Q2 in 2006. iDashboards recently added five new employees to its staff, bringing the total to twenty.
