February is the shortest month of the year, but there’s no shortage of events planned for West Michigan residents and visitors. For all our sakes, let's hope it’s warmer this month than it was two weeks ago! So, let’s get to it. There’s a universal accessibility open house for individuals of all abilities at a luge park, a documentary celebrating the contributions of African American artists, an indoor farmers market, free movie showings, ski lessons, ice sculpting, a 5K, a Winter Wanderland, history presentations, discussions about homelessness, crafts — for kids and adults, a gun and knife show, a lesson on filmmaking, symphony performances, and the MMA is hosting a grand reopening. February offers a wide variety of things to do in Allegan, Muskegon, and Ottawa counties. This list includes options for everyone, regardless of age, ability, or interest.
