Places: Puffer Reds

There are places you buy your stuff and then there's Puffer Reds. The kicks are decidely hip hop --Roca Wear, Apple Bottoms, Baby Phat, Artful Dodger -- and the shoe selection is nothing short of elite. Dude, Addidas even named a sneaker after the joint. Oh, and there's sweet sweet music (of the mix tape variety) blaring from the speakers or ready to be bought. You know those blogs where they talk about street level tastemakers? Puffer Reds is who they're talking about. The crowd --and there's usually a crowd-- is south of thirty. If you don't get it, what can I say? You never will.
