I joined the Venture Capital world because I believe that startup companies bring important innovation driving ideas to this world. The capital, expertise, and resources venture firms provide startups help make these ideas real. I am energized by entrepreneurism and being an Associate at RPM Ventures affords me the opportunity to work with entrepreneurs everyday. In this capacity, I can be an active participant in bringing these ideas to the world, rather than sit as an observer peering in through the news.
Here are RPM Ventures, I wear many hats. Generally speaking, I am involved in any activity that helps run this small business. More specifically, I spend my time looking for the next entrepreneur and idea to invest in, engaging with our portfolio companies where I can add value, and managing our firm's investment reporting.
Prior to joining RPM Ventures, I was a senior consultant in the Strategy and Transformation practice at IBM Global Business Services. In this role, I was part of the customer value strategy group, which worked on Mergers & Acquisition engagements for large Industrial sector clients.
