Old Town-based marketing and design firm,
Redhead Design Studio, celebrated their tenth year in business in February. Their decade ended strong, with a 121 percent increase in gross profits. Co-owners Amy Moore and Jennifer Estill attribute much of that growth to their creative approach to marketing and their expanding coast-to-
coast client base, boasting clients as far away as New York and Oregon.
"The single most important thing we do to expand our client base is provide an exceptional product and detailed customer service," says Jen Estill. "More and more companies are focusing on their marketing and branding, as marketplaces become more competitive—and that's great for businesses like ours."
Both Estill and Moore agree that this type of growth wouldn't be possible without loyal clients and a creative neighborhood like Old Town. "Mid-Michigan—and especially Old Town—has been a great place for us to do business. I feel there is a lot of opportunity here," adds Estill.
The studio added to their design staff last year, and hopes to expand their web development staff in 2010.
