Qualifications:
- Master's degree in human resources or related field
- Five to eight years of experience or related work
- Knowledge of management principles
- Knowledge of civil rights, employment and labor laws
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Decision-making, initiative and independent judgment
- Experience leading labor negotiations is preferred
- MBA with concentration in personnel or law degree preferred
- Physical ability to sit for long periods of time
- Computer skills
- Problem solving ability and ability to work with numbers
- Ability to perform normal office tasks
