Superior Fabrication in Kincheloe is recruiting for several second and third shift positions, including machinists, welders and quality inspectors. Welder job duties include welding metal components of steel products with mig-welding equipment. Machinists will set up and operate metal fabricating machines like CNC vertical milling centers, lathes, and large CNC boring mills in order to cut, mill and drill metal components. Quality inspectors must assist with part inspection, monitor production processes, calibrate production tools, perform NDT inspections, and evaluate and identify non-conforming products.

Qualifications:
For welders and machinists:
-High school diploma or GED
-One-year certificate from college or technical school, or three years experience
-Physical abilities including lifting up to 50 pounds, good close and distance vision, ability to stand, stoop, bend, twist, walk and reach.
-Pre-employment physical and drug screening
For quality inspectors:
-High school diploma and GED
-Computer literacy
-Ability to pass near vision and color vision exams
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
