When we think of 4-H, we tend to think of farms, fairs and livestock, none of which really jump to mind when you look outside at the snow falling today. But, the 4-H does so much more than most people would ever realize, and their programs require direction each and every day to make sure everything goes off without a hitch.
Prior to taking the 4-H position, Imler worked for eight years at a non-profit teen drop-in center in Wisconsin.
She has a bachelor's degree in human services from the University of Wisconsin-Oskosh and is working toward a master's degree in non-profit management at Northeastern University College of Professional studies.
