Place Perfect Realty adds new agent

Place Perfect Realty in Menominee and Marinette has added a new real estate broker to its staff. 

Starcha James will be a residential sales specialist, representing buyers and sellers as a real estate agent. She brings nine years of customer service experience to the agency. James also is familiar with the area, as a lifelong Marinette resident and UW-Marinette graduate. 

Place Perfect serves northeast Wisconsin and the south-central Upper Peninsula with four offices in Marinette, Green Bay, Appleton and Menominee. It started in Marinette and in 2002, merged with Marinette Realty, later expanding into Menominee.
