Chris Foraker hired as Four Seasons golf pro

The Four Seasons Island Resort in Pembine has a new resident golf professional, Chris Foraker.

Foraker has been a Professional Golf Association member since 1989 and has many years of experience managing clubs and resorts in Ohio and Wisconsin. A Cincinnati native, Foraker has been the director of golf and recreation at the Springs Golf Club Resort in Spring Green Wisconsin; the general manager of Eagle Creek Golf Club in Appleton, and the general manager of Shawano Lake Country Club most recently.

He also has coached the River Valley High School golf team to a Wisconsin state championship and received conference coach of the year awards. Foraker's other achievements include Wisconsin PGA Resort Merchandiser of the Year, hosting The Pater-Fillies, a large one-day golf tournament in the Midwest, and is a certified USGA Rules official.
