DSTECH in Escanaba knows that in order to remain the best source of everything computer-related, they need to make sure to keep up with all of the demands for their expertise and services. That's why the company recently hired Justin Poquette, their newest network technician.
Poquette started in late February at the company, giving them five network techs and one in-house service department technician in total. The company currently has 16 employees in all, working in all departments form IT to sales and support to consultation, telephone systems and surveillance systems.
"Our services are changing all of the time to keep abreast of the IT industry and to better serve our customers," says Carol Irving, business manager for DSTECH. "Most of our customer base are other businesses and we often act as, or with their, IT department. We service a wide range of businesses, municipalities and home users in the U.P. and beyond."
DSTECH has been busy in the growth department for the past six months or so, having hired another network technician and filled a vacancy in customer support.
