Coleman Engineering promotes two employees in Iron Mountain

Coleman Engineering of Iron Mountain announced it has added two shareholders, both staff in its Iron Mountain office. Coleman does civil engineering work from offices in Iron Mountain and Ironwood.

Jeff Sjoquist is the civil engineering senior department manager for Coleman and has worked for the company for 18 years. Sjoquist is a licensed professional engineer in Michigan and Wisconsin and has experience with a wide range of projects like roadway, water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer design. He helps clients with obtaining funding assistance for projects, manages projects and budgets, and mentors other civil engineers at Coleman.

He also is civically active, serving in the past as a city council member and mayor in Kingsford.

Kevin Trevillian is a civil engineering project manager and a professional engineer in Michigan and Wisconsin. He has been with Coleman for five years and serves many municipal and industrial clients on projects including roadway, water and sewer design.

Trevillian is an Iron Mountain native and has worked with the city of Iron Mountain on recreation development and school route projects, as well as assisting other municipalities and area Native American tribes with project funding. He also serves as the wellness director for Coleman's Iron Mountain office.

For both employees, the status of part-ownership in the company means more management responsibilities within Coleman in both its offices.
