BridgeGuard adds two to staff

A great sign for any company is when they add employees to their staff. BridgeGuard, based in Hancock, recently announced that it not only added a new employee, but two of them.

Jim Spence and Paul Keranen were recently hired to the sales staff for BridgeGuard.

Spence will be responsible for working with federal clients in his role of sales and support. He will use his background as a retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army to help solve infrastructure safety problems for the company's U.S. military and federal clients.

Keranen is the new upper Midwest regional sales representative for the company and will be responsible for explaining bridge deck and substructure scoping technologies to both existing and potential clients. He brings with him a background in civil engineering, bridge maintenance and concrete research.

BridgeGuard is an imaging service designed to safely identify and quantify the thermal indications of delaminations within concrete bridge deck and substructure using infrared sensors and sophisticated proprietary analysis software.
