The craft beer boom is reaching pretty much all corners of the U.S., and the U.P. is certainly no exception.
A popular Mexican restaurant is on board with it, having recently announced it will serve more than 20 new craft beers in Marquette.
The
Border Grill on Third Street is offering up all kinds of niche brews to pair with its casual cuisine--after all, not much goes better together than a good beer and some tacos or burritos.
Among the offerings are Bell's, Pinner IPA from Oskar Blues, and Weihenstephaner. The restaurant also is opening its patio for the summer season, and live music is scheduled regularly at the location on the corner of Third and Prospect streets, with the first Thursday Music Night planned on May 28.
Border Grill has two locations in Marquette and one in Negaunee.
