It's August. The sun is shining. The birds are singing. And, well, we're going to be taking a break and doing some tinkering here on the website. That means that you won't be getting your weekly dose of U.P. Second Wave next week.
Don’t worry, we'll be back. You can't get rid of us that easy. We won't be publishing for the Aug. 15 edition but will be back with a brand-new issue come Aug. 22 for you to enjoy.
