It's the time of year to rest, reflect on what's been accomplished, enjoy time with family and friends, and recharge for the coming New Year.
Here at Upper Peninsula Second Wave, that means we'll be taking some time away from publication for the holiday season. We hope you get to spend some time away from work during the holidays, too, and a chance to relax and enjoy the festivities of the season.
Some of our goals for 2014 are revving up our social media presence on
Facebook and
Twitter--so be sure to join the conversation over there--and continuing to find and spread the word about the stories that are driving the Upper Peninsula forward into the future.
We'll be back to publishing in January, with our first issue of the New Year scheduled for Jan. 8, 2014. In the meantime, we love hearing from our readers with new story ideas, thoughts on our region and how to move it forward, or even just a holiday greeting. You can email editor Sam Eggleston
here with any of those missives.
Upper Peninsula Second Wave is a weekly e-magazine and website that highlights the people, companies and industries that are moving the Upper Peninsula forward.
