Winokur moves law office to new location

Marquette elder law attorney Kim Winokur is moving her private law practice, but not too far. 

Winokur's new location will be in downtown Marquette, at 221 West Washington Street. She has worked in elder law in the U.P. since 1998, in both her own private practice and at other law firms, most recently at the Elder Law Firm of Anderson and Associates in Marquette. 

She specializes in disability and special needs legal planning, elder law, Medicaid, and probate and estate planning. Winokur earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, her J.D. at Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her master's degree in corporate and finance law from Wayne State University Law School.
