Upper Peninsula Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty moves to new facility

A central U.P. hospice and home health company has a new location. Upper Peninsula Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty recently held a ribbon cutting along with the Lake Superior Community Partnership to celebrate their move.

The hospice service now has a new location in Ishpeming, at 510 Mather Avenue. Its Marquette location remains open as well.

The new location is larger, and accommodates new technology updates as well as providing more space for staff and operations within the organization.

Partnership representatives were among those who attended the ribbon cutting, along with UP Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty staff, representatives of the Greater Ishpeming-Negaunee Chamber of Commerce and Marquette County.

UPHHHPD provides a variety of services to patients in the central U.P., including home nursing, private nursing, hospice care, skilled home health aid and transition care with nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
