Ron's Taco Shop in Marquette has moved around a little in the last year, but its customers and fans--especially those downtown--should be happy to note its new location.
The California-style taco shop re-opened, after a few months of inactivity, in the lower level of the Masonic Square building on West Washington Street in downtown Marquette.
The official opening date was Saturday, February 21 at the new location, which the owners say on
their Facebook page is not going to be a permanent home.
It's a restart process for the taco shop, which will be offering up a limited menu in its new space, and accepting cash only for the first few days back in business, as they are waiting on new credit card scanners.
Ron's says it will accept any old coupons and also was welcoming new customers Saturday with buy-one-get-one-free coupons if they happened to be nearby over the weekend for the Downtown Marquette Rail Jam.
